THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

How long will my order take?

In most cases we will get an order out in the post on the same day (depending on time of order). We use an overnight courier service so you should have your order within 1-2 days depending on your address.
If something isnt in stock how do we order?

We will try our best to get you the product you are after as quickly as possible. There may occasionally be restrictions on some of our European brands. Please email us at sales@kyrewoodsaddlery.co.nz to get an idea of if and when we can get a product ordered in for you.
Are you open on weekends?

Yes! We are open from 9am-1pm on a Saturday! We are also available by appointment on Mondays if we have enough advance notice!
Do you ship overseas?

Yes we can ship overseas to most destinations. Please contact us at sales@kyrewoodsaddlery.co.nz to get a better idea of shipping costs.
